Good project management is essential in the success of a project, without it a project is at risk of not meeting the initial requirements. Within the IT industry there are two main methodologies that are followed by way of a base, these are Prince2 and PMI. Where a customer does not have a preferred project management methodology, Te Pito utilizes the framework of Prince2. Logistics

Logistics is a field where there are a lot of players with part solutions. Te Pito has experienced this when working with several customers. Te Pito has found that companies often require a resource that is impartial to review and recommend a solution that is part of one or many vendor products. Too often a customer is forced into a situation of selecting a vendor that only meets some of the business requirements. Te Pito is able to work inside the customer’s organisation and understand the drivers and deliverables required. Then by reviewing the products available and skills of the vendors, provide recommendations that save money and increase delivery of requirements. Te Pito has access to a wide range of existing vendor relationships, allowing for a reduction in cost for deployments. The Logistics industry is such that there are few people with skills across the field. Te Pito is in a position to provide resources that have over 45 years experience in working at all levels and in all areas.
